Our APP does not process any personal data except for the data necessary for handling in-app purchases via the third-party provider RevenueCat.
2.1 Use of RevenueCat
Collection and processing of personal data for in-app purchases
To manage and analyze in-app purchases, the APP uses the service RevenueCat by RevenueCat, Inc., located at:

Data transmission is based on Article 46 of the GDPR. RevenueCat processes the transmitted data and provides it via a web interface. Data is stored in data centers located in the USA or the EU. RevenueCat is subject to the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) on the basis of a Data Processing Agreement (DPA): https://www.revenuecat.com/dpa.
By using the APP, you consent to the collection and transfer of your data to RevenueCat. If you do not agree with the storage of your data by this third-party provider, please refrain from using the APP.
If you wish to have your data stored by RevenueCat deleted, please send an email to byrousset@gmail.com with the subject “Deletion of my data at RevenueCat.” Unless such a request is made, deletion will occur no later than the expiration of legally mandated retention periods.

No further processing or storage of personal data by us takes place beyond this.
3. Disclosure of Data
No personal data is disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal data stored by us, as well
as the right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing,
objection to processing, and data portability in accordance with
legal requirements.

5. Prohibition of Advertising to the Contact Address
The use of contact data published within the framework of this privacy policy by third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is expressly prohibited. The operator reserves the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising being sent, for example via spam emails.
6. Amendments to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy as necessary to comply with changes in legal requirements or due to changes to the APP or data processing methods.
